When do I need to log in?
You need to log in if you want to study a course. This allows you to pause lessons and not have to restart at the beginning.
Lifewise login tells you that your username/password is incorrect
What you need to do: Check to see if you are entering your password with the correct case-sensitivity for each character.
If your password contains a mix of upper- and lower-case letters you must enter them exactly in that manner. Perhaps the “Caps Lock” key is depressed on your keyboard and all the letters are being typed as upper-case? For example qwerty12* is not the same as Qwerty12*
I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
Go alifewise.ie/my-courses/ and click “Lost your Password.”
Enter your email address and click ‘Lost your password’. You will receive an email asking you to click on a website link. Click on the link in the email and you will then be asked to confirm a new password of your own choosing. To start this procedure click here, and follow the instructions. This is an automated procedure, you do not need to contact Lifewise unless there is a further problem.
How do I change my password?
Log in to your account.
On the “My Account” page, click on the “edit your password and account details option”. Enter your old password, new password and enter it again on the next line to confirm you’ve typed it in as you intended.
Click “save changes”.
Lifewise won’t accept my password change
Because we value your privacy we’ve set passwords at a high security level. This means the password should be at least seven characters long. To make it stronger, use upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols like ! ” ? $ % ^ & ). The system will not accept weak passwords and displays a message on screen. On occasion you may miss this message, if so just try a new stronger password.
We know it’s a nuisance and we’re investigating other methods of protecting your privacy.

Why can’t I log in to Lifewise?
If you are having a problem logging in to Lifewise and the password reset procedure has not worked, there may be a problem with your browser cache which needs to be cleared. Depending on the browser that you use there are slightly different steps. So google “clear (name of browser e.g. chrome) cache steps.” Make sure to close the Lifewise website page before you clear the cache.
I did not receive the confirmation email. How can I confirm my account and log in?
Please make sure that your email service provider is not blocking our emails.
If you cannot find the confirmation email, please check your spam box. If it is there, make sure to un-spam the email. If you entered the wrong email address, please re-register with the correct one. If none of the above applies, you can contact us at webmaster@aLifewise.ie
Account deletion due to invalid email
Situation: You try to log in but your account has been deleted. You received no email notification about the deletion. You emailed Lifewise asking why but received no response.
Reason: No emails are being delivered to your account. Any email we send to you bounces back with a message such as: Technical details of permanent failure: Mail System tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. You will need to resolve the issue with your email account, or set up a new email address. Once done, you can create a new account.
